Duong Thi Thu Ha
HR & Admin Supervisor - Pistachio factory in Tien Nga Dong Nai, Viet Nam, ofi
I used to work at several factories before joining ofi. There, I saw many employees having to go to the toilet to express and dispose of their milk because there was no lactation room. It was hard for them to continue breastfeeding. Such a pity! At ofi, we have a lactation room on site and breaks for pregnant and lactating employees. It's great that our employees are fully supported so they have the choice to continue breastfeeding when they return to work.

The lactation program helps employees to take care of their children and themselves better so they can do the best in their job. I find this lactation program not only beneficial for employees but also for the long-term development of the company.

Trinh Minh Phuong
Production Supervisor - Almond factory in Tien Nga Dong Nai, Viet Nam, ofi
I learned a lot from the training, a lot of new and useful information. My wife recently gave birth. We will contact an A&T doctor if we have any questions in the process of taking care of our child. We are a lot more confident when being supported by the doctor. I feel so lucky that such support is available in my factory.

Huy
Nuts Cutting Worker - Cashew factory in Gia Lai, Viet Nam, ofi
In my hometown, everyone simply just gives birth to a baby and raises them without ever learning anything. I am pregnant for the first time and feeling quite anxious about it. Since I've been taking part in the lactation training, I've learned a lot of useful information and am feeling much better now. I also got to know that the lactation room is available on site so I can continue breastfeeding when I return to work, which is wonderful for me.

Hoang Thi Ly
Packaging Worker - Cashew factory in Tien Nga Dong Nai, Viet Nam, ofi
The factory's baby-care coaching was so useful. There was a lot of information that I did not know or completely misunderstood before. I am going to do it right for my upcoming baby. The lactation room is available at the factory so when I return to work, I can express, store my milk, and bring it home to feed my baby instead of wasting it. Thank you very much for supporting us.

Employee in a garment factory in Hung Yen, Viet Nam
The training with the doctor was incredibly beneficial. The most impressive piece of information to me was the antibodies in breast milk help to prevent diseases in babies. Getting to know new information, I am now be able to do it better in taking care of my baby. Thank you so much for the lactation program!

Nguyen Minh Thu
Employee in a garment factory in Bac Giang, Viet Nam
When I had my first baby, the factory did not have a such convenient lactation room so I wasted a lot of breast milk on breast pads. Recently, I've just given birth to my second baby and participated in the factory's breastfeeding group on Zalo. I have watched a lot of useful videos about breastfeeding from A&T doctor. When returning to work after the maternity leave, I will definitely apply what I learnt to continue breastfeeding using the lactation room.

Nguyen Thi Ngoan
Employee in a garment factory in Hai Phong, Viet Nam
The breastfeeding training at the factory was very helpful. I learnt s lot of new information and practices. I’m so grateful that the training was offered in my factory so I could properly take care of my baby. Only when my baby is healthy can I perform the best at work.
